Mothers Day Menu 2017

Honoring all the wonderful Mothers of the world who are precious to each one of us. Tina, Rosa, Sal, and I have recently lost our mother as she passed away on September 26, 2012. We will continue to honor her in a very special way by featuring many of the specialties she prepared while we were growing up including appetizers, pastas, and desserts and her homemade bread. We all miss her so very much but I know she is watching over us and is very proud as we follow in her footsteps. Her ability to create such wonderful creations was based on passion and the squeezing of flavor out of everything, much like soul food. The modern conveniences of today will never replace the passion of the mothers from past generations. We hope you enjoy these specialties as much as we did as children.   “Ma” thank you so much for everything you have done for us all our lives and we will always love you and think about you always as we continue to try to carry on your work every day of our lives; “Ma” rest in peace.
