Organic Beet Salad ~ with radicchio castelfranco, radicchio di gorizia, Boston Bibb lettuce, cara cara oranges, toasted pistachios, pomegranates, and cheddar cheese curds tossed in a maple scented walnut vinaigrette

Polpette di Vitello ~ our signature tender veal meatballs with ricotta, fresh herbs, and parmigiano slow cooked in fresh tomato sauce

Oven Roasted Prince Edward Island Mussels ~ in a spiced seafood tomato sauce with garlic, peperoncino, and evoo finished with toasted herb bread crumbs

Pan Seared Tiny Sweet Peppers ~ with a housemade sausage, fresh herb, and rice stuffing served over a red pepper sauce
