Salvatore Cialfi
Sal Cialfi, chef/owner of Piccolo Arancio in Farmington and Peppercorn’s Grill in Hartford, went to the source to start his career in the restaurant business, Rome. With brother Dino at his side he learned the authentic art of Italian cuisine.
At Piccolo Arancio he has won rave reviews – four stars from the Hartford Courant, “Excellent” New York Times, and with the most extensive wine list in the State, he has won the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for seven consecutive years.
Sal and his wife Jackie reside on Berlin with their four daughters, Samantha, Ashley, Isabella and Olivia.
